918kissth was built with one clear purpose: to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable online casino entertainment experience tailored specifically for Malaysian players. From Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, from Penang to Johor Bahru – we're here for you.
Three pillars that guide every decision we make for Malaysian players
To provide the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online casino entertainment platform in Malaysia. We want every player – whether it's their first time or they've been with us for years – to feel they're in good hands. Member satisfaction and safety are 918kissth's number one priority in everything we do.
To become the number one online casino platform of choice for Malaysian players by 2027 – not just in membership numbers, but in trust, innovation, and quality of experience. We want the name 918kissth to be synonymous with integrity and enjoyment whenever Malaysians think about responsible online casino entertainment.
Integrity in every action. Transparency in every transaction. Continuous innovation for a better experience. Responsibility towards our players and community. These four values are not empty slogans – they are the pillars underpinning every aspect of 918kissth's operations, from our very first day right through to today.
In 2018, a group of Malaysian software developers and casino gaming enthusiasts noticed a recurring problem that their peers kept running into: the online casino platforms available at the time either lacked proper Bahasa Melayu support, used foreign currencies that required complicated exchanges, or simply didn't offer the local payment methods Malaysians were used to. That frustration sparked the idea for 918kissth.
From a small office in Kuala Lumpur, the 918kissth founding team set out to build a platform genuinely designed for Malaysian players – not a foreign platform halfheartedly translated and adapted. This meant a natural Bahasa Melayu interface, support for Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks, plus customer service in Bahasa Melayu operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In our first year, 918kissth received over 15,000 member registrations – exceeding the founding team's original projections by three times. This proved there was a genuine market need in Malaysia for a platform like 918kissth. That early success drove us to keep investing in technology, security, and game variety.
There's no secret formula behind 918kissth's growth. Every new member who signs up does so on the recommendation of a satisfied existing member. We've never relied on excessive advertising or promises we can't keep. Instead, we focus on a consistently great gaming experience – fast deposits, winnings withdrawn in 15 to 30 minutes, fair games with independently audited RNG, and customer support that genuinely helps.
Today, 918kissth has over 200,000 active members from across Malaysia – from major cities like Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, and Penang, to smaller towns in Sabah and Sarawak. We're proud that our platform is accessible to Malaysian players from all walks of life, with a low minimum starting from RM5 so everyone can join the fun without financial pressure.
In terms of gameplay, 918kissth offers over 500 titles spanning themed slots, Live Casino tables with professional dealers running sessions around the clock, poker in both Texas Hold'em and Omaha formats, European and American roulette, and Sports Betting covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, international badminton tournaments, and e-sports. We continuously add new titles every month based on member feedback.
Six distinct advantages we proudly stand behind for every Malaysian player
All personal data and financial transactions of 918kissth members are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption – the same level of security used by Malaysia's leading banks. Your account is your privacy, and we take that responsibility very seriously.
Every game on 918kissth uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) independently audited by an internationally recognised certification body. This means every slot spin, every card hand, and every wheel turn is truly random – no manipulation, no foul play.
The 918kissth platform was built from the ground up for Malaysian users – a Bahasa Melayu interface, RM currency support, local payment methods (TnG, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX), and customer support in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
Deposit funds are credited within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed in 15 to 30 minutes – not business days, not 24 hours. At 918kissth, your winnings are yours, and we make sure they reach you as quickly as possible.
The 918kissth customer support team is here for you every hour, every day, all year round – including public holidays and festive seasons. Reach us via in-platform live chat for a response in under 2 minutes.
918kissth believes entertainment should always remain enjoyable. We provide deposit limit, loss limit, and session limit tools to help members stay in control. Player support resources are available through the Responsible Gaming ours.
Every milestone is a reflection of the trust you've placed in us. These are the defining moments in 918kissth's history.
918kissth officially launched with 50 game titles and FPX support via Maybank2u. Within the first month, over 3,000 members had registered – surpassing every target the founding team had set.
Live Casino tables with professional dealers were introduced, including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette. Total membership reached 50,000, and Touch 'n Go eWallet was added as a primary payment method.
The 918kissth mobile app launched on Android and iOS. The Sports Betting section expanded to cover Malaysia Super League football, the EPL, and badminton. GrabPay and DuitNow were added as accepted payment methods.
The fourth anniversary was marked by the full launch of Texas Hold'em and Omaha poker platforms. Total membership surpassed 100,000, and Boost as well as ShopeePay were added to the list of supported payment methods.
918kissth now has over 200,000 active members, 500+ game titles, and is recognised as Malaysia's leading online casino platform. We continue to invest in technology and innovation for the future.
There's no shortage of online casino platforms out there claiming to offer the best. At 918kissth, we don't just claim it – we prove it through more than seven years on the record. Every member complaint is taken seriously and resolved within 24 hours. Every legitimate withdrawal request is processed without unnecessary delays. Every promotion we run comes with clear, achievable terms – no hidden traps waiting to catch players out.
One aspect we are especially proud of is our responsible gaming programme. 918kissth believes that a responsible online casino not only delivers great entertainment but also protects players from unhealthy gaming habits. We provide tools for members to set daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, and session time limits. Should a member need a break from the platform, we can activate a temporary or permanent self-exclusion upon request.
On the technology front, 918kissth has consistently stayed at the cutting edge of innovation for the Malaysian market. We were among the first platforms in Malaysia to integrate DuitNow QR for instant deposits, and among the earliest to offer in-play Sports Betting on Malaysia Super League matches and badminton's Thomas Cup and Uber Cup tournaments. Our technology team works around the clock to keep the platform running smoothly, even during peak traffic on major match days.
To our longtime members who have been with 918kissth from the very beginning – thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. Your trust is the driving force behind our constant pursuit of improvement. And to new players just getting to know 918kissth – welcome to our family. We promise to deliver the best, safest, and most enjoyable gaming experience you've ever had at a Malaysian online casino.
