Welcome to 918kissth. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 918kissth ("Platform", "we", "us", "the Company"). By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 918kissth platform – whether via our website or mobile app – you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of 918kissth services. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.

These terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy 918kissth, all of which form part of the complete agreement between you and us.

To register and use 918kissth's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme previously applied for at 918kissth.

Each user is allowed one (1) account only at 918kissth. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information – including your full name, Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Keep your account password confidential and never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify 918kissth immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur.

918kissth reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly prior to processing a first withdrawal or when there is reasonable cause to question a member's identity. Documents that may be requested include a valid copy of a Malaysian MyKad or passport.

All financial transactions on 918kissth are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Our platform supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. 918kissth does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from an unrecognised source will be returned and the associated account may be reviewed.

918kissth members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes once the request has been approved.
• Funds will be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit.

• 918kissth reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus if fraud, misuse, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system is found to have occurred.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically and be removed from your account once the specified validity period has lapsed.

918kissth reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Failed identity verification or refusal to complete the KYC process.
• Suspected activities involving fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.
• 918kissth business decisions made for legitimate internal reasons.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting 918kissth customer support. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled, or those bonuses will be forfeited. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member once the review is complete.

918kissth provides its services on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical interruptions, errors, or temporary disruptions at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• 918kissth is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from data damage resulting from the use of the platform.
• 918kissth is not liable for game outcomes that have been correctly processed by the system and are considered final.
• 918kissth's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

However, this liability limit does not apply in cases of wilful fraud or gross negligence on the part of 918kissth.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit – set a cap on the total amount you can deposit within a given period.
